Darren Hayes
President/Director

Mr. Hayes is the President of Copper Road Resources Inc. and possesses over 20 years of business management and consulting experience.  Mr. Hayes holds a Free Miners License since 1990, a British Columbia Prospector License, and has been involved in the exploration and development of mining properties in both Canada and Mexico. Mr. Hayes has been involved in several start-up situations by exploring and reviewing prospect data and valuation techniques determining mine economics and resource grade capabilities. Mr. Hayes experiences have allowed the involvement in selecting management teams and financing presentations. Mr. Hayes responsibilities include management of projects, acquisition and growth strategies as well as corporate communication initiatives.

Gregory R. Thomson
Director

Mr. Thompson has over 25 years of mineral exploration experience, mainly mineral property evaluations and the management of advanced level exploration programs throughout most mineral regions of British Columbia. Mr. Thomson has also managed and participated in international work in Alaska, Mexico and Mongolia.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia and also holds a B.C. secondary level teaching certificate.

Mr. Thomson is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

James W. Laird
Director

Mr. Laird has over 25 years experience as a mineral exploration consultant, mainly in British Columbia. Mr. Laird has made numerous discoveries of precious and base metal deposits, industrial minerals, lapidary materials and gemstones. He has designed, permitted and managed successful exploration programs in most geological environments.

He is a BC Qualified Prospector, having completed "Advanced Mineral Exploration for Prospectors, 1980". Additional training includes gemmology, explosives and blasting, and film production. His company is the major provider of BC Rock and Mineral sets for the Geological Survey of Canada, Science World and several educational institutions.

Kelly Fielder
Secretary/Director

Mr. Fielder has been an officer and director of Smart Video Technologies Inc. since its inception in September 2001. Mr. Fielder is also the President of IRG Services Ltd. ( "IRG" ), an investor relations firm based in Vancouver, B.C. which he formed in 1996.  IRG provides investor relation and corporate finance services to publicly listed companies in North America.  Between 1997 and July 1998, Mr. Fielder was Vice President of Development of Millenium Medical Supply, Inc.  Throughout 1995 and part of 1996 Mr. Fielder was employed by publicly listed International Hi-Tech Industries Inc. where he provided investor relation services.  Mr. Fielder received a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, B.C.
