Copper Road Inc. Acquires Historic Howe Copper Property

Vancouver, British Columbia, June 26th, 2006- Copper Road Inc. (Nevada) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the historic Howe Copper Property located at the northeast end of Sechelt Inlet, BC Canada. The Howe Copper Property consists of 229.826 Hectares of mineral title. The Howe Copper property was recently acquired from Laird Exploration Ltd. a B.C corporation, based on the documented history of exportation dating back to 1874 and significant grade anomalies found on the claim.

Recent assay results from two samples taken from adit (HC-05-1) and adit HC-05-2) displayed the following results:

HC-05-1>50%copper, 603 g/t silver, 0.98 g/t gold

HC- 05-2>50%copper, 1670g/t silver, 2.22 g/t gold

Over the last 129 years, several geological studies have all concluded that the area is rich in commercial grade resources of Cu, Au, Ag and along with deposits of mica and quartz. Copper Road President and CEO, Mr. Darren Hayes advises however, until the resource and base metal prices appreciated and accessibility infrastructure was developed the cost of exploiting the region has been a break even scenario at best. Today the environment in the resources sector is experiencing a long term demand cycle and resources prices are making marginal properties of 20 years ago now targets of exploration and development. Copper Road Inc. plans to implement a work program which incorporates further geological mapping and rock sampling of surface showings and underground workings, construction of a control grid, EM and magnetometer geological surveys and rock trenching. A diamond drill program will be initiated based on a positive result of these studies.
